Dr. Mustafa Coskun is the visionary behind Coskun International Education Consulting, bringing over two decades of international education expertise to our clients.
A passionate social scientist, his journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies, followed by a Master’s degree in Anthropology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Ph.D. from the prestigious Max Planck Institute.

Dr. Coskun’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that education is a powerful tool for promoting international mobility, scientific exchange, and intercultural communication.
His personal and professional life has been shaped by a deep commitment to global exchange, with extensive work in Turkey, the United States, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. This diverse background, combined with his experience as a graduate student, lecturer, and scientific staff member, gives him a unique understanding of the international academic landscape.
He founded this company to draw on his global network and experience to guide students and professionals. He is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and connect with opportunities worldwide, building bridges through education. He is also a certified international education consultant and holds a TESOL certificate from Arizona State University.

Zhyldyzbek Zhakshylykov is a co-founder of Coskun International Education Consulting and a pioneer of lean principles in education within the Kyrgyz Republic. With nearly 15 years of experience in academia, he has dedicated himself to the two pillars of this philosophy: continuous process improvement and a profound respect for people. This commitment ensures that every service we offer is streamlined for efficiency and designed with the individual student’s needs at heart.
As a seasoned educator, Zhyldyzbek has taught statistics for over a decade, a passion that has fueled his transition into the field of data analytics. He brings a data-driven mindset to our work, supported by 10 certificates in data analytics from the Coursera platform. This expertise allows us to approach educational consulting with an analytical rigor that sets us apart.
Beyond his academic and analytical prowess, Zhyldyzbek is an accomplished entrepreneur, having navigated both a successful project and a valuable learning experience in the startup world.
